The Program contains:
The 4 kidsyoga classes
Underwaterworld

Flying animals
Each class contains 3 Videos, (Audio with Illustrations)
2-3 minute of movement exercises as warm up before the kidsyoga
10-11 minutes Kidsyoga story
2-2 minutes imaginary journey
The kidsyoga story and Imaginary journeys as ebook with the story and the illustrations.

Kidsyoga Class
I am happy to offer a new Online Kidsyoga Class
Age: 8 – 12
Duration 4x 1 Hour
Dates: Friday . 13 September, 20 September, 27 September, 4. October
Time: Fridays 3-4 pm central
On Meetn: Audio & illustrations of the Yoga Postures
In the 4 kidsyoga classes we will travel into 4 different worlds.
An underwaterworld with dolpins whales, flamingos
a Jungle with green trees and colourful animals
a Mystic vulcanic Island
A world with flying animals
(the stories differ from the 1st and 2nd online class I offered)
Each of these 4 classes includes a kidsyoga story an imaginary journey to these world and a creative activity that can support with relaxation and has to do with the kidsyoga story and imaginary journey.
In this class included is an ebook with the 4 kidsyogastories & the 4 imaginary journeys,
There will be a closed signal group for the participants to share experiences with relaxation, the kidsyoga stories and excercices on focus, to ask questions..

Price: 40 $ per child, for sibling 35 $ per child
maximum 5 children per class. If more than 5 children sign up for the class I go with the children that signed up first.
If a family would like to book a kidsyoga class it is 180 $ for the family

In the presentation i talk about benefits of Kidsyoga, about the Online Kidsyoga class. At the end there is time for questions.

illustrations. So the kidsyoga can be done without the video
